Desk/Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support.

Restorative Yoga

Helps to deepen the relaxation and reduce stress refreshing body and mind at a deeper level. Needs Props and floor space.

Hatha Yoga

The traditional style practiced on the floor includes asanas & pranayama for flexibility, strength and releasing tension. Needs Floor Space.

A yoga and meditation session each Thursday for employees of a corporate house through physical practices, breathwork along with meditations to release stress and get connected with self. The intention of the sessions is to bring in deep healing and stillness to an otherwise hectic pace of life in lockdown.
