Golden Earth's Yin Yoga sessions started on 6th March 2022 and ran till 27th March 2022. Yin Yoga is a slow, passive yoga practice for deeper healing and relaxation. Once a week every Sunday morning 8:30 - 9:30 am Sonali created a simple and effective session to go in deeper within yourself; It was great for releasing stress and taking care of yourself.
The purpose of this workshop was to inspire each of you to not only take up yoga as a form of exercise for holistic health but also find calmness and total relaxation too! It is a great option to complement your yang practices such HIIT, Sports of any kind, also more yang form of yoga practices with adding the yin yoga practices to bring in tranquility and sense of deep peace.
Participants of all ages were a part of this workshop. The event was conducted online on zoom and was very effective in imparting practical experience of deep healing and relaxation.
