Golden Earth - journeys in yoga conducted a weekend workshop. The focus was on Rest and Relaxation. We will start on Sat 7th Aug with Yoga Nidra to release resistance and bring in relaxation. This session was a 45 min session at 7 pm on Sat followed by Sun morning session at 9 am for an hour with passive Yin restorative practices. Yoga Nidra is a powerful yogic sleep with instructions so you can completely let go and relax. It can be compared to a 4 hour regular sleep time but way more benefits. It helps with insomina, anxiety and many more aspects. Yin Yoga is a slow, passive yoga practice for deeper healing and relaxation. Join us on the weekend of 7th and 8th Aug for this experiential workshop.

The purpose of this workshop is to inspire each of you to not only take up yoga as a form of exercise for holistic health but also find calmness and total relaxation too! It is a great option to complement your yang practices such HIIT, Sports of any kind, also more yang form of yoga practices with adding the yin yoga practices to bring in tranquility and sense of deep peace.

Participants of all ages took part in this workshop. The event was conducted online on zoom.It was very effective in imparting practical experience of deep healing and relaxation.
