Golden Earth is conducting Yoga and Art workshop for Children above 6 years. A five day christmas vacation workshop daily for one hour, we will be practicing yoga for 30 mins and then learn to create mandalas, Kuawai Doodles and if we have more time some bottle art. It starts on 25th Dec 2020 and ends on 29th Dec 2020.
The purpose of this Yoga and Art series is to encourage each child to be introduced to yoga and have fun by exploring their creative side. These days we face over stimulation; distractions; and high pressure in all spheres of our life. The current pandemic has added additional anxiety and uncertainty to our lives. We in turn sometimes pass this anxiety on to our kids as they are very receptive. Let these sessions be a complete opportunity to relax, breath right and have fun.
The sessions are created to relieve mental and physical fatigue, keep mind and body healthy, boost energy levels and provide deep relaxation. The event will be conducted online on zoom.
