Pranayama and Meditation

Golden Earth has successfully conducted the Pranayama & Meditation series in December. It started on 01 Dec 2020 and will be completed on 25 Dec 2020. Our life force is 'Prana' and Ayama means control. The control of prana is Pranayama. Breathing correctly is the key to great health.

The purpose of this Pranayama & Meditation series is to inspire each person use their own breath as a tool of yoga. These days we face over stimulation; distractions; and high pressure in all spheres of our life. The current pandemic has added additional anxiety and uncertainty to our lives. Keeping ourself focused on our breath is a great way to connect with our self and at the same time build our immunity, create a calm and stable self to face up to all our daily stresses.

The sessions were created to relieve mental and physical fatigue, keep mind and body healthy, boost energy levels and provide deep relaxation too.

Participants from different walks of life have successfully completed the Pranayama and Meditation sessions. Many of the participants are also committed to the next batch starting in Jan. " The regular practice of Pranayama and Meditation allows me to really enjoy my life to the fullest " - quipped one of the participants.The event was be conducted online on zoom.

Pranayama & Meditation upcoming batch starts from 01st Dec -25th Nov 2020. Twice a week every Tuesday and Friday morning 7:30 -8:30 am.
