Yin Yoga

Golden Earth's  Yin Yoga sessions were very well received by the participants. Yin Yoga is a slow, passive yoga practice for deeper healing and relaxation. Sonali created a simple and effective sessions to go in deeper within yourself; It's great for releasing stress and taking care of yourself.

The purpose of this workshop has been to inspire each of you to not only take up yoga as a form of exercise for holistic health but also find calmness and total relaxation too! It is a great option to complement your yang practices such HIIT, Sports of any kind, also more yang form of yoga practices with adding the yin yoga practices to bring in tranquility and sense of deep peace.

Participants of all ages participated in this event. The event was conducted online on zoom and was very effective in imparting practical experience of deep healing and relaxation.
