Yin Yoga

Golden Earth invited you to Yin Yoga sessions. The second batch of the year 2021 began on the 7th of Feb 2021 and ran till 28th
Feb 2021. Yin Yoga is a slow, passive yoga practice for deeper healing and relaxation. Join us twice a week every wed evening 5:30 - 6:30 pm and Sunday morning 9:00 - 10:00 am. Sonali had created a simple and effective sessions to go in deeper within yourself; It's great for releasing stress and taking care of yourself.

The purpose of this workshop was to inspire each of you to not only take up yoga as a form of exercise for holistic health but also find calmness and total relaxation too! It is a great option to complement your yang practices such HIIT, Sports of any kind, also more yang form of yoga practices with adding the yin yoga practices to bring in tranquility and sense of deep peace.

Participants of all ages are welcome to be a part of this practice specially for kids over 12 years and adults of all ages are invited to attend these sessions which will continueeach month of the coming year. The event was conducted online on zoom and has been very effective in imparting practical experience of deep healing and relaxation.
