Yin Yoga

Golden Earth conducted the Yin Yoga session online. The first batch of the year 2021 began on the 10th of Jan 2021 and ran till 30th Jan 2021. We began the New Year with a gift to self and loved ones the experience of Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is a slow, passive yoga practice for deeper healing and relaxation. We conducted a twice a week every wed evening 5:30 - 6:30 pm and Sunday morning 9:00 - 10:00 am. Sonali had created a simple and effective sessions to go in deeper within yourself; It's great for releasing stress and taking care of yourself.

The purpose of this workshop was to inspire each of you to not only take up yoga as a form of exercise for holistic health but also find calmness and total relaxation too! It is a great option to complement your yang practices such HIIT, Sports of any kind, also more yang form of yoga practices with adding the yin yoga practices to bring in tranquility and sense of deep peace.

Participants of all ages were a part of this practice specially for kids over 12 years and adults of all ages attended this event. The event was conducted online on zoom and was very effective in imparting practical experience of deep healing and relaxation.
