Yin Yoga


Golden Earth conducted Yin Yoga sessions in Dec. The last batch of the year 2020 began on the 2nd of Dec 2020 and ran till 26th Dec 2020. Many participants started their New Year in December itself! Yin Yoga is a slow, passive yoga practice for deeper healing and relaxation. These sessions were done twice a week every wed evening 5:30 - 6:30 pm and Sunday morning 9:00 - 10:00 am. Sonali had created  simple and effective sessions to go in deeper within yourself; It's great for releasing stress and taking care of yourself.

The purpose of this workshop was to inspire each of you to not only take up yoga as a form of exercise for holistic health but also find calmness and total relaxation too! It is a great option to complement your yang practices such HIIT, Sports of any kind, also more yang form of yoga practices with adding the yin yoga practices to bring in tranquility and sense of deep peace.

Participants of all ages participated in this event. " I am attending these Yin Yoga sessions from the initial days when it was started online during lockdown. I am always looking forward to unwind and be in this space. The way Sonali guides us is very soothing" - said one of the participants. The event was conducted online on zoom and the experience of deep healing and relaxation really helps with consistent practice.
