Yin Yoga


Golden Earth conducted Yin Yoga, it's eighth online batch that began on the 1st of Nov 2020 and continued till 25th Nov 2020. Yin Yoga is a slow, passive yoga practice for deeper healing and relaxation. Sonali had created a simple and effective sessions that’s great for releasing stress and taking care of yourself.

The purpose of this workshop was to inspire each of you to take up yoga as a form of exercise for holistic health. It is a great option to complement your yang practices such HIIT, Sports of any kind, also more yang form of yoga practices with adding the yin yoga practices to bring in tranquility and sense of deep peace.

Participants of all ages participated in this event. "Yin Yoga sessions are something I look forward to, this is my space to be with myself . To relax and let myself unwind and heal." - quipped one of the participants. The event was conducted online on zoom and was very effective in imparting practical experience of deep healing and relaxation.
